We host no media or app files, but we take copyright seriously. Here is how to file a notice about our original content.
SurflixApp.online respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This page explains how to submit a copyright complaint and how we handle it.
Before filing, please note: SurflixApp.online is an information-only site. We do not host, store, stream, or distribute any films, television content, application files, or installers. We publish original articles, reviews and commentary. If your complaint concerns hosted media or an app download, it almost certainly belongs with a different party — we have nothing of that kind to remove.
If you believe original material published on this site (our text, graphics or code) infringes a copyright you own or control, you may send us a notice containing the information below.
To be actionable, a notification of claimed infringement should include:
Send your notice by email to contact@surflixapp.online with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We aim to review valid notices promptly and will remove or disable access to genuinely infringing original material where appropriate.
If you believe material of yours was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
We may decline to act on incomplete notices and reserve the right to ignore complaints that are clearly misdirected (for example, demands to remove content we do not host). Submitting knowingly false claims may expose you to liability.
For any copyright question, use the contact page or email contact@surflixapp.online.
